My play of the weekend is the under in hte ashira vs mosoe.
Masoe is a nearly 38 old small version of tua without his chin, he has won all his fight bare one via KO never later than 8 round. His two defeats were tko against mendoza and samaniego in round 3 and 5.
Ashira should be able too stop him in the middle rounds since he is easy to hit plus Masoe has fought bullshit opponents in the last three years. But he can punch maybe he gets lucky.
the odds are pick em.
Ashira wants too make a statement and i believe he will he has good wins over elliot and mora.
No huge play. under 9 and a half.
Beware i am very good at picking overs but the unders are not my usual stuff, last time Green costed me 500 bucks when he couldnt put away sullivan, stupid me thought that was give away money.

i played it myself...small....once again we are on the same page......

if ashira was a little more of a prolific puncher,i`d go bigger...but,he`s european and he`s not a power guy...

still,9.5 is worth a shot given masoe`s siesta`s vs better opposition...

was looking at under 5.5 with cintron and ortiz today..also under 9.5 with kelvin davis and sellers...

.ortiz likes to rumble...and can whack a bit...but that`s not the best plan vs tall, heavy handed cintron....

still, ortiz is pretty tough to keep on the canvas...that`s what makes me step away...

davis and sellers are what they are...davis is a short fireplug and has to get inside to do his dirty work...sellers is tall and a lefty, but he also likes to rumble..he can punch..there are usually multiple trips to the canvas in sellers fights....for both guys....

don`t like betting unders in fights with such height disparity....but,the lefty-righty variable may get us a head butt or two.....

both guys are fairly durble...particularly davis...and both have heavy hands..

looking at this one...

not absolute premier guys, but, some very interesting and fairly competitive bouts...with "good" fighters....

much rather see these than jermain taylor embarrassing another sacrificial lamb...

an excellent group of bouts,imo...the undercard bout on nbc with rasheem brown and the russian should be a goody........

Like i said before i take it as a compliment when you are on the same side.
Davis vs Sellers should be good to watch.
But i have not seen any of these two fight, i believe that +175 is a fair price for Sellers.
good luck to you too.

Both went under

My only bet this weekend was the Davis-Sellers under. I took OLY's opener of 10 rounds at -130

Congrats to anyone who bet Masoe though, Ashira fought dumb. You should NEVER take the fight to a puncher. Going by the line changes though, most bet Ashira. I was tempted to take Sellers also, glad I didn't because he looked pretty bad in there. He landed a few hard shots on Davis but Davis has a hell of a chin because he didn't even flinch.

nice night for the good guys.....congrats on the masoe under....obviously,ashira didn`t see masoe`s caliber of power in europe...

caught a fight of the year contender this afternoon on telemundo.....undefeated "vampire" arceo was outworked by tough journeyman antonio ramirez.....

10 rounds of hell....arceo had one of the worst cheekbone swellings i`ve ever seen....both guys fought like hell....

kermit cintron will be hell for a lot of welters...tall...a solid jab....big power...just enough foot movement.....the guy`s a legit contender....speed guys might give him a little trouble...but,it`s gonna take a lotta sac for some promoter to stick their boy in with cintron...he looked good...albeit vs a limited guy...

on to next week.....a fight i`ve been waiting for......pacquaio/marquez.....

real boxing fans know this one will be special....

Amen to that! I'll be there with the squeeze.
This is a gem. The suits at HBO have big plans for Pac-man as their next cash cow. We'll see.
Marquez has climbed a long steady road to where
he is today. I was at Mandalay Bay when he got mugged by the judges vs Norwood. What A scandal.
A fight fans fight. My heart is with Marquez so
I don't think I can offer an unbiased opinion
but I sure hope you guys can.

Wow i am really surprised that Masoe did it.
Anyway money is in the bank.

I have Manny at +120 right at the start and i will stay put, i am a freddie roach fan plain and simple. If manny would have left Roach i would go with marquez.
